SPORTS MANAGEMENT & WHO WE WORK WITH

Legal obligations do not allow us to publicly list most of our bigger clients, yet among them there are major sports organizations, well-respected sports agencies and a few football clubs.
DATA SERVICES
Live Data Gathering is the unique project for the Client (undisclosed for contractual reasons). We cover around 2400 games per year providing data live from the venues.
Brief description
Venue Data Coordinator (VDC) is responsible for registering all events during 90 minutes of play (goals, cards, subs, shots, corners, fouls, etc) using the specially designed software. All data is broadcasted live for various stakeholders. After the match VDC is meeting the referee, who checks everything and puts his electronic signature to make the data official.

What’s the challenge?
Two words: Speed and Accuracy. Nothing is more important in this business. Our well-trained VDCs are using the unique software which allows to register events faster while our quality control back office insures there is no room for mistake.
Brief history and evolution
Marshal Group was appointed in 2009, so currently we are into 11th season of Live Data Gathering project with more than 15 000 games covered. With 100% success rate this is something to be proud of. Annual workshops allow VDCs to progress even more while we are always looking for the new developments in the data software industry to satisfy the Client’s needs.

Currently we have 170 VDCs spreaded all across Europe to ensure the presence in every single country on the continent.
SPORTS TRANSLATIONS & EDITORIAL SERVICES
Marshal Group also is a sports agency specialized in sports information and journalism since 2002. News and features, translations from English to Russian and back, an extensive network of writers and contacts in every Europe country, an experienced editorial team – all of this is fit to work with major clients on the market. We also specialize in creating Russian language versions of sports websites, as well as any kind of previews and reports.
SCOUTING INFORMATION AND FOOTBALL CONSULTING
Marshal Group as well specialize in scouting information and football consulting performing such services:
- Using the scout system in 56 countries of Europe, create an early warning system to monitor young talents in every football league in Europe
- Keeping and constantly refreshing a longlist for candidates, according to criteria provided by the Club, for all positions defined by the Club
- Creating, upon request of the Club, scouting reports containing data analytics, live scout reflections, business analysis and football intelligence information
- Live monitoring of the players, according to tasks provided by the Club, communication with player clubs and agents
- Reconnaissance of indicative terms and preliminary negotiation phase, according to tasks of the Club and under the guidance of the Club
